NPI Inc. offers a lifetime warranty on forging breakage and insert debonding. For all other types of instrument failures, there is an unconditional three year warranty.

As a satisfied NPI customer, you are the best advertisement we could hope for. If you have a colleague or associate that hasn’t benefited from our quality, service, and value, simply have them contact NPI and mention your recommendation. In return for your kind referral, we will apply an amount to your account equaling 10% of your colleague’s first order - to be used on any future orders from your office. It’s that easy, and there is no limit to the amount of credit you can accumulate. We sincerely appreciate your help in reaching orthodontists that appreciate value and excellence.

GENERAL INFORMATION
NPI Inc. designs and manufactures its instruments for use only by orthodontic and dental professionals. NPI assumes no responsibility for consequential damages or injuries resulting from the use of its products. All published prices are subject to change without prior notice. RETURNS AND CREDITS
All items must be returned for credit within 30 days of the original invoice date. All items returned for credit must be in a resellable condition. Please advise us of the reason for the returned items so that we may be better able to satisfy your future needs. After 30 days, returns will be accepted at NPI’s discretion and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned in a resellable condition. No credit will be allowed on custom-made products.

Products delivered may not be exactly as pictured. We are always improving our products to meet your needs. Also, each NPI instrument is hand-crafted, which may result in a slightly different appearance from the pictures in this catalog. If you are not completely satisfied with what you recieve, simpy return it within 30 days for a complete refund.

PAYMENT TERMS
NPI Inc. accepts Mastercard, Discover, and Visa credit cards. We also accept checks, bank wires, and money orders for payment. Please contact us for detailed bank information regarding transfer of funds. All invoices are to be paid net in 30 days. A 1.5% finance charge per month will be applied to all outstanding account balances after 60 days. Please report any errors in delivery or billing ASAP.
